Cest Novalou har varit en dröm för oss sedan vi klädde ut oss i våra flickrum, tog vår första shoppingtur på stan och skapade våra egna klänningar till avslutningar tillsammans med vår fina farmor som suttit vid symaskinen så många gånger för vår skull. 

Detta är vår story, från dagdröm till verklighet – och vi hoppas att alla ni ska älska våra plagg lika mycket som vi älskade att skapa dem.

Terms of purchase

You can pay in the following ways.

Card payment
Visa, MasterCard Shop Pay or Maestro, Shop Pay. Klarna, which offers invoice and card payment.
Pay after you receive the goods, payment terms 30 days via Klarna. No billing fee is added. For security reasons, we deliver to your registered address.


The cost of returns is SEK 69, deducted when the refund is made. It is easy to return with the enclosed return shipping slip. The product must be in the same condition as you received upon delivery. You must not have used the product and the protection must be intact upon return. We cannot offer exchanges. If you do not pick up your package, we will charge return shipping, shipping fee and handling costs in the amount of SEK 195, which Cest Novalou will charge you.
Right of withdrawal
We always offer 14 days open purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund, you don't have to give a reason why you are returning, but we would appreciate it if you could share why. This according to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59)

Privacy Policy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the EU's data protection regulation. Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An account is automatically created in connection with the first purchase. After you register an account or pay for your purchase, the contract period starts to apply.
Personal data policy
We will save information about you such as: Name, social security number, address, mobile number, IP address and E-mail address. This is so that we can administer your purchases and your account with us. Likewise with marketing via SMS. Provided you agreed to marketing during purchase, as well as physical mailings.
When paying with Klarna, personal data is retrieved using your social security number. This is to ensure that the delivery is sent to the civil registration address. These may also be shared with third parties.
Your personal data is required for us to be able to fulfill our obligations according to the purchase agreement. If the information is not provided, our commitments cannot be fulfilled and we will refuse the purchase. The processing is necessary to satisfy our and our customers' interest in evaluating, developing and improving our products, services and systems.
How long do we store your personal data:
We never save your personal data longer than is necessary for the respective purpose. As a customer, you can always actively delete your information, except for the information we need for accounting. Your data will be saved for five years.
How do we handle social security numbers:
We try to use your social security number as little as possible, but we will use it when it is justified with regard to the purpose and to ensure your identity.

We will send your order as soon as possible, we aim for you to have your package within 5 working days within Sweden. But hope we can offer you a faster delivery than that.

For the delivery options "Home delivery", "to the nearest agent" and "letter", the order is normally delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders "to the nearest agent" and with "home delivery" are notified via SMS. Letters are sent home to your mailbox.
